Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. Every new account gets 14 days of every feature without any payment details. When the trial ends you stay on the Free plan unless you choose Pro, so you’re never charged by surprise.
What happens to my data if I don’t choose Pro?
Nothing is deleted. Your trades, notes and everything you wrote stay in your account, and the core journal keeps working for free. Only the Pro features close.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel online from the Plans page in your account, with no need to contact us. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a refund?
Yes. If Pro isn’t for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full.
What is the founding member price?
The first 50 members are founding members and get 50% off Pro for life: $9.50 a month or $90 a year, for as long as their account stays open.
Who handles the payment?
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which also handles sales tax. We never see your card number.
